This smart looking lady is a very well bred (Coosa Lad, N/N) 10 year old Quarter Horse mare. She has fantastic conformation and has been a valuable broodmare and riding horse! But she now needs your help.

From some lack of knowledge or interest she has befallen some
hardships and needs your help!

UPDATE: March 2008 ~
Ala is going sound, barefoot too! She is looking great and feeling great!

Ala is 3-legged lame....meaning she will not use 1 leg due to pain & limitations. She has a horribly mangled right rear hoof (pics below). She is in immediate need of corrective farrier work and a supplement! Both the veterinarian and farrier feel she can and will be able to recover and possibly even be a wonderful riding horse again! Won't you help us get this girl back on track?!

Ayla is also completely blind in her right eye. This is the result of an old untreated injury but does not require any medical assistance at this time.
