"Longears Beat Long Odds at Rugby Creek"
Article by Miles Tager
Huey's Story in Short:
Rejected by his mother at birth; Huey came to Rugby Creek at 3 days
old. His IgG test indicated "failure to thrive", his only hope was a
blood plasma transfusion which was administered at Davie County
Large Animal Hospital. Huey fought all the odds and is
thriving here at RCAR!
The road ahead will be full of adventure and obstacles as Huey
matures and we'll be sure to keep you posted!
